The plastic models ( Gunpla) of the SD Gundam series are characterized by super deformed proportions , ease of assembly and a high degree of customization through the possibility of combining parts from different kits. The main range is called SD Gundam BB senshi, which has over three hundred kits and is the longest-running Gunpla range still on the market, produced continuously since 1987.
