Refund policy

Our return policy is valid for 14 days after receipt of the order.
After 14 days, we cannot offer a refund or replacement of the purchased item.
To qualify for a return, the item must be: unused and in the same condition as received, with the original packaging intact. Also to complete the return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or returned more than 7 days after delivery will not be refunded. Shipping costs are not subject to refund, for products or orders with FREE shipping, return shipping costs will be deducted in case of return.


Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be contacted by email to inform you that the returned item has arrived at our facility. You will also be informed of the acceptance or rejection of the refund request, and if successful, the refund arrangements will be agreed upon with one of our operators.


Replacements
We replace defective or damaged items at our expense.

If an item arrives damaged promptly report the incident to shop@weeaboverse.it attaching pictures of the problem. Send the report within 48 hours of the arrival of the goods. Reports sent after this deadline will not be considered. After our confirmation you can send the item to be replaced to:

In all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
