Single cards have arrived on Weeaboverse, and that can only mean one thing: it's time to get serious! We're always on the lookout for rare cards of all kinds, from all kinds of collectible card games.

Do you have cards that you no longer use? Do you want to get rid of your collection but don't know who to entrust it to? You're in the right place! We'll explain how it works: send us your cards and choose whether to receive a direct payment or a voucher to spend on Weeaboverse. It's easy, transparent and fast. Follow the steps!

1 - Contact us

Write us an email at shop@weeaboverse.it indicating which cards you want to propose to us.

Or, if you prefer, send us a message on WhatsApp at +39 3516043789 (we remind you that this number is dedicated exclusively to messages, we do not accept calls)

In your message or email, please include this information to help us better evaluate the cards;

  • The name and edition of the cards you wish to sell;
  • The language of each card;
  • The conditions of each card;
  • If it shows particular signs (altered, marked, crimped, etc.);
  • The quantities of each card;
  • Photos of the front and back of each card.
2 - Wait for our response

Once we receive your message, our team will check the quantities and ratings, then we will contact you with the outcome of the verification and if necessary with any proposals.

Important: Do not send anything until you have received confirmation from us that your proposal has been accepted, along with shipping instructions.

3 - Follow the instructions of our team

If the proposal is accepted, we will provide you with all the instructions to proceed with the delivery of the cards including, if necessary, collection by our courier.

4 - Wait for our check and payment

Once the cards are received, they will be taken for a compliance check. During this phase, we will proceed to video recording the opening of the package and, if necessary, carry out in-depth checks to ascertain the authenticity and condition of the cards.

If everything is as agreed, we will send you the payment or issue the voucher to be spent on Weeaboverse in the times and ways agreed.

In the event of discrepancies between what was declared and what was received, we will contact you to communicate the outcome of the inspection, providing you with a detailed report of the discrepancies found.

The main causes of discrepancies include quantities other than those declared, non-corresponding card conditions, and unreported forgeries or alterations.

If a discrepancy is detected, we may offer you a new assessment based on the actual condition of the cards or, if an agreement cannot be reached, refuse the purchase.

If it is necessary to return the cards, we will contact you to agree on how to proceed. If we do not receive a response within a reasonable time, we reserve the right to proceed with the destruction of the material remaining in our possession, without further obligation on our part.
