PRE-ORDERS

Pre-orders

On Weeaboverse some items are offered in advance of their official release date. In these cases, these are products that are not yet physically present in our warehouse, but for which it is possible to place a pre-order : in this way, the customer ensures a copy that will be shipped as soon as it is available.

Pre-order requires advance payment .

The pre-order product page always shows an estimated release date , based on communications received from our suppliers. However, this date may be subject to change due to decisions by the manufacturer or distributor, independent of Weeaboverse. In the event of delays, we promptly inform customers as soon as we receive official confirmation.

It is important to note that the release date indicated does not correspond to the date of delivery to the customer, but to the expected time of arrival of the product at our warehouse. Shipments will start immediately after receipt of the goods, following the normal logistics times.

For mixed orders that include both pre-order and in-stock items, the order will ship when all items are ready. The customer can request a split shipment , but this will result in the order being processed as a new order. If one of the packages does not meet the free shipping threshold as a result of the split, additional shipping charges may apply.

In the event that a pre-order product is cancelled by the supplier , Weeaboverse undertakes to promptly notify customers and activate the refund, either total (if the entire order concerned that product) or partial (in the case of mixed orders).

Similarly, if the number of copies received is less than expected, we will give priority to orders already paid and refund other customers if necessary.
