Products & Pre-orders
Is the date indicated in the pre-orders the actual delivery date of the product?
No, the date indicated corresponds to the release date provided by the manufacturer. Only from that moment onwards can the product be made available.
This date may be subject to change due to decisions by the manufacturer or circumstances beyond our control. In any case, it represents the moment from which it will be possible to deliver the product.
We always try to get orders to you as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific day.
Can you deliver a pre-order item before it's released?
No, it is not allowed.
According to agreements with our suppliers, items with a pre-established release date can only be shipped starting from the official release day, which is the same throughout the country.
How can I purchase a product that is not available?
Normally, products that are not available but still visible on the site are waiting to be restocked by our suppliers.
For these items, you can use the “Notify me when available” function on the product page: you will receive an automatic email notification as soon as the product becomes available again.
If the product is no longer present on the site, it may have gone out of production.
Do you have any products on sale? If so, how long do you have them for?
Yes, every week we offer a selection of products at a discounted price.
The offers include items already available, new arrivals and also pre-orders of products coming out soon.
Our Weekly Deals are updated every Thursday and remain active for seven days. You can find them all on this page .
In addition, in the Second Choice section you will find items with damaged packaging or small defects, not suitable for sale at full price. In this case, availability is limited while stocks last.
How do Second Choice products work?
The products in the Second Choice section are items that, for various reasons, cannot be sold as new at the list price.
These are generally pieces with aesthetic defects, damaged packaging and overall conditions inferior to those expected for a "new" product.
Each product sheet clearly indicates the Second Choice, through a tag in the title and a dedicated description.
Payments and Billing
I can't complete my order via PayPal
If you're not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They're located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.
Why don't I see the PayPal option to pay in installments?
Before approving an installment payment, PayPal requires that the account be linked to a checking account or a card (debit or credit) linked to a bank account.
Installment payments are not available if you use only a prepaid card.
Is there a maximum amount for orders that can be paid in installments with PayPal?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish we could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.
Can I modify an order that has already been sent?
To modify an order in progress you can contact our customer service. However, the request can only be satisfied if the order has not already been taken over by the shipping department.
Why is my discount code not working?
As a rule, discount codes do not apply to products already on sale.
If your cart contains only discounted items, the code cannot be used.
Also remember that the codes are reserved for registered users : make sure you are logged in before proceeding with the purchase.

Do you also sell single cards in addition to sealed products?
Yes, for some Trading Card Games we also offer the sale of single cards.

Do you buy single cards or in batches?
Yes , we buy them.

Are they completely self-assembled?
Yes , model kits are plastic models to be assembled according to precise instructions (present inside each box) following the letter-number combinations indicated in the manual.
Are special tools needed for assembly?
No , it is not necessary to have specific equipment for assembly.
Do they need to be colored?
No , they do not need to be colored, once assembled the model is already colored like the original character.
Do you need glue?
No , no glue is needed for assembly, the pieces fit together with an interlocking mechanism.
Can they be customized once assembled?
Yes, once assembled they can be customized as desired, some people leave them as they are, some repaint them completely and some add stickers and accessory parts.
What do the abbreviations on the boxes mean (HG, MG, SD, PG, RG)?

Returns and Shipping
Why is my Tracking Code not active?
Tracking Codes are usually activated by the courier in the evening hours.
Activation always occurs during working hours, so for orders placed late at night or on non-working days (such as Saturday, Sunday or holidays), the code is generally activated on the evening of the first available working day.
When will I receive my order?
Shipping times for Italy, barring unforeseen circumstances, are generally 24-48 working hours from delivery of the package to the courier for areas of the continental territory. For the larger islands, the far South and disadvantaged areas, delivery takes on average 72-96 working hours .
If the order is placed in the evening, on the weekend or during a holiday, the shipment will be processed on the next working day.
We remind you that the delivery times are indicative: Weeaboverse cannot guarantee deliveries on a specific date .
Do you also ship on Saturday and Sunday?
Couriers do not collect on weekends and our warehouses remain closed during this period.
Accordingly, orders received after 12:00 on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday or on the first available working day in the event of a public holiday.
The courier told me that the order is in storage. What should I do?
In case of storage, our intervention is necessary to unblock the situation.
The courier automatically notifies us of any inventory the day after it opens, and we act promptly to contact the customer and resolve the problem as soon as possible.
Sometimes, the courier may also contact the recipient directly to report the anomaly.
In these cases, we invite you to contact us if there are changes in the delivery address or special needs on the days of receipt. We will communicate them immediately to the courier.
However, it may happen that the deposit is only released after a formal confirmation the following day: in this case, we will take care of the procedure, following the instructions provided.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, all orders with a value of at least €69.00 automatically cancel shipping costs.
Do you offer a curbside pickup service?
Yes , it is possible to collect your order in person at our office by selecting the in-store collection option during checkout.
How do returns work?
All items sold as new can be returned within 14 days of delivery , provided they are intact and unopened , after contacting our customer service to agree on the methods.
The return entitles you to a full refund , including shipping costs only if the error is attributable to us. In all other cases, the return shipping costs are at the customer's expense .

Yes , as far as selling single cards is concerned, you can find us on CardMarket under the name Weeaboverse and with increased prices due to the commissions applied by external platforms.
