All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after we receive your order confirmation email. When we ship your order, you will be notified.

IN-STORE PICKUP

You can avoid shipping costs with free local pickup at Weeaboverse, Via Demetrio Rontani 648/L, 55054, Massarosa, Lucca. After you place your order and select in-store pickup at check-out, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 4-12 hours. When your order is ready, you will be contacted and given instructions.

Our in-store pick-up hours are 9am-6pm Monday through Friday. When you come to pick up your order, be sure to have your confirmation email with you.



CHECK THE STATUS OF AN ORDER

When your order ships you will receive an email notification that will include a tracking number you can use to check the status of your order. The tracking information will be available within 48 hours.

If you do not receive your order within 7 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shop@weeaboverse.it with your name and order number and we will make the necessary checks.



If your order arrives damaged in any way, notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing shop@weeaboverse.it sending your order number and a photo showing the condition of the item. We handle these problems on a case-by-case basis, but we will try our best to find a satisfactory solution.
